Information Request
When will I receive the proofs of my accepted article? Where do I return my corrected proof?

Response
The proofs of your accepted paper will be sent to you within 3 to 5 weeks of receipt of the accepted manuscript by our production department.

Proofs are sent via e-mail in PDF file format for review and correction. The address for return of corrected proofs will be clearly indicated in that proof e-mail.

If your proofs have been sent but you have not received them, please contact our Customer Support Team for assistance.

You can track the progress of your accepted paper through the publication processs - for more information click here.

The expected and actual despatch date of the proofs of your paper will be displayed, once this information is available.

Once we receive the corrections to your proof the date of receipt is registered in our Production Tracking System. You can then track your paper online and you will see the Proof Returned date listed.

If you have returned your proof corrections and this is not indicated in the online information on your paper within 48 hours, please contact our Customer Support Team who can confirm if your corrections have been received.
